Sex offenders's information is available through a database on
the Chicago Police Department's website. It is not really funny,
but rather depressing--based on outward appearance, these men
seem more disturbed and sad than villainous, though their acts
are of course repulsive (note the checked off "victim under 18"
box in the database). Still, it recalls the strange empathy we feel
towards Peter Lorre in Fritz Lang's M.

Oh yeah, however, it is funny once you remove the sad old weathered
faces and superimpose the demented hairstyles onto Kei's face. If

sample these styles, too.
